Some people will mistakenly use the word MOBILE home to describe a MANUFACTURED home, but those are very different things when it comes to financing them.

There are so many people that are having HUGE success in this market.

You have multiple people living in each others spaces.

There are a lot of people caught with their pants down on readjustment. 

As long as it meets "minimum" size standards it can look like a broom closet and be considered a bedroom... ridiculous, but it's out there, and in a tight market people will pay for it...

But then again I’m not too good at people management.
