There are lots of great lawyers out there but he certainly isn't one of them and feeds the stereotype people have of lawyers in general.It's a big relief that it is resolved and I feel much better about it and my buyer is also glad this is  behind us.

just a couple of reasons:No one can buy ALL the deals themselves.Many monetization feeds on a highly ranked site (book sales, pro membership, etc) Trust through notoriety can have a high return on investment (see M.I/oceanpointe for negative example)None of these are good or bad in and of themselves.

I chose to spend time, meaning I held open houses every weekend in my first year, sometimes 2 per day, grew my SOI and stayed in touch regularly with MLS feeds, emails with useful information, video texts, etc., and I was new to the city so had no pre-existing SOI.

Feed Blog posts over time, add photos and videos to those blog posts and then as they post, post comments and links back to them on all your social media and then have all your social media friends like the posts (THIS IS HOW BP GOT TO BE WHERE IT IS TODAY - BLOG POSTS WITH KEYWORDS that get splattered, liked and shared all over social media and that go out in a newsletter several times a week - all those clicks back to BP and here we are - it works for sellers too.

Newsfeed/feed ads can work really well, and you can definitely run sales through a call to action button, but it takes some work to build up trust with an audience before getting to a sale.
