Set up the ad with the nearest intersection for the location of the property (not the actual property address) and attach some pictures of interior finishes similar to the property you are interested in.

The property is near intersection of route 92 and 30 in Mount Ida, part of the property is on the South Fork Ouchita River. 

It is right on a main intersection with good road frontage close to town (could be a commercial buyout play down the road).  

There are plenty of RADs that are part of strip malls or not on signalized intersections that are hold overs from previous acquisitions (Eckerd for example).

It also intersects nicely with various types of REI, such as buy & hold.

You will see bandit signs looking for buyers at most of the intersections.

They are breaking ground on a 39 acre "City Center" right at the intersection of 441 and 436 at the historic Highland Manor.

There is a CVS is right next to it and the intersection is getting busy everyday. 

That being said, we worked with a buyer that negotiated 4 blocks from your intersection at a $480,000 list and we were able to negotiate for the better part of a month with the house already at 40 days on market.
