How To Find Deals on Flooded Homes in Houston

Hi BP'ers,

I was wondering if any savvy investors out there could do me a favor and discuss how they are getting leads on flooded properties around Houston? I've been told that ~90% of these flooded homes will never hit MLS and are being sold off market. Any tips would be great, thanks in advance!

@Blake Fossen drive local flood areas you want to buy in. You will see bandit signs looking for buyers at most of the intersections. You can also do a search for wholesalers and reach out to ones you would like to work with.
