The company is happy to share it's building techniques and suppliers.If you have an eco friendly flip it serves your customers in one of two ways:Straight up "Eco Friendly" sells the house/condo over the others in the area.If the customer doesn't bite on the Eco Friendly label, explain to them that their heating/cooling bills are going to significantly smaller than the neighboring houses.

Not sure what "fight club" is, but agree with all above.Key ingredients are to always leave a personal message with any colleague request, do not spam or solicit with that system, and it is always helpful when you have completed your profile and uploaded a photo so the receiving member can read about you first along with your message.

I put "address service requested" on the envelope and mail does get redirected, however I get many letters back with label stating "not deliverable as addressed".

We do not actually label doors in our rooming houses (we have two), but we do have a floor plan attached as a schedule to the lease which shows each bedroom with its designation.

@Jonathan Richards If you're using gmail, you could setup a quick filter that would take any message coming from the BiggerPockets listserv email, check the body for keywords like "DC" and the like, then apply a label to it/archive.
