@David Krulac My apologies as this is an older thread but having purchased a property at a Pa County Judicial Sale last year I was wondering if you could give me some guidance into understanding how I would find out if any of these liens/taxes you speak of exist.

Thanks everyone for the quick feedback and I would like to apologize for not keeping this post active as I had to travel overseas and just now getting back into things again. --  I have reached out to the PM and he has reduced the price to a more competitive rate but it still hasn't found suitable tenants. 

Apologies if I am being naive or not realizing some things that may be obvious to others.
