@Jonathan Makovsky,When you want to make a working link, do the following:When you start to post a reply, look at the bar at the top of this area, and you will see multiple Icons. 

As far as the equally-important maintenance side of things, I would plan to engage a skilled independent contractor (IC) on a mostly full-time allotment of hours, and probably a low-skill helper position for painting and general turn work, particularly at that time of the month when units are being vacated.

Took me awhile to find it.A lot of these things where things are hidden under layers of icons or pictures might be a cleaner look but does it hurt or help people connecting more?

Once added, I click on the name I just gave, and it takes me to the contacts page.If you haven't done so already, in the upper left under the word contacts, you'll see an icon that's a +and two people.

You could mix them with other forum posts, but add an icon to indicate other pro posts.

If you haven't yet try the search icon to find useful information. 

Or click Gear icon > All Lists > Payment Methods > New.

If you navigate back to them from your post history, you should be able to follow the topic by clicking the bell icon on the original post.I would double check in the future that you have the "Notify me when a reply is posted" checkbox checked when you are replying to topics.
