In all cases, barbed wire is never acceptable as horse fencing, the pastures/turnouts/arenas need to be as rock free as humanly possible, and ideally the whole place is cross-fenced so that if/when Houdini makes his escape, he doesn't make it to the road (or highway!).

Hi Everyone, I'm aiming to purchase my first rental property and have been looking at NW Arkansas (Bentonville, Lafeyette, etc) and Little Rock.

Another $200 to have the ground leveled, rock placed for a base instead of sinking into dirt, then to have them placed and leveled. 

I've found that if I put those big rocks in the jar first, then my life is much more full.

Roaches and other peasants that could creep over to your other tenants, replacing soiled carpets, holes in the sheet rock, litigation......Who know what your set back will be every time a tenant leaves.
