While certainly not enough info to draw any hard conclusions, see the red flag for what is is worth at this point.If they don't answer or respond to their cell phones, meet agreed upon schedule for assuming utilities, signing the lease and moving in, are they displaying the characteristics of tenant you would really want?

Then craigslist, newspaper ads, website, street signs, in store displays, MLS, all the usual suspects.

Some use it for a cozy fire ambience (manufactured logs or wood is easily obtained at the local market), some use it with a display of candles, some don't use it at all but still like the look.

We have it in one rental (bought a display kitchen) and it is very durable so from that standpoint it works.
