The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago.

Tree removal, shrubs/plants, deck/patio, seed/fertilizer, mulch, driveway replace/seal and misc.The snow caught me again… I had no idea what was hiding under it and unlike the roof… meh.

But when it came time to plan for our retirement,  verse 16 popped into my head "She goes out to inspect a field and buys it; with her earnings she plants a vineyard". 

septic, lagoon, waste water treatment plant...or combination of 2 or 3  of them.Private utilities are a headache and cost way more per lot to operate than city water/sewer...that is why it normally doesn't make sense financially to buy a private utility park below 50 units or if you have one of the utilities on city.

Been considering looking out there to invest as well as Plant City but I don't know, I've lived in Orlando and Kissimmee, and the Panhandle my whole life.

It depends on what market, but big trends or large employers moving to area or adding plants, colleges adding programs etc.

- want to have a private garage and a driveway to work on their car- want to plant some flowers, tomatoes etcYou can see those are mostly lifestyle issues and people are happy to pay more if they get that lifestyle upgrade. 

It seems like that would be a pretty good rental market with the older houses and the chemical plant right there.

You do want nice grass and plants don't you?

NAFTA could hit Windsor if things go unfavourably, and no doubt this would have an effect on the local economy, as did the closing of the GM plant and related factories in 2009.
