Wholesaling is a perfectly legitimate strategy, but there is so much misinformation out there....so many sketchy techniques taught. 

I will post something more in detail on the technique some time later on my YouTube channel or I'll write a blog on it here at Bigger Pockets. 

It outlines techniques for getting your ducks in a row, then goes through all manner of rough numbers which I've found to be pretty accurate.

My wife and I still manage our portfolio and have found this to be the easiest management technique for us.

Btw, I live in Ottawa, ON, Canada so our system and techniques are different from the US. 

I feel like after reading a couple of books the overarching mentality, techniques and methods on real estate investing would become repetitive but i also want to do my due diligence and get smart before rushing and failing at my first real estate investment. 

Does anyone have any recommendations on software or techniques one can use in order to speed up the process?
