The firewalls seemed to do a terrific job to prevent the spread of fire but the two houses adjacent to the point of origin endured significant smoke and water damage during the extinguishing of the fire.  

Because similar to a Judge, for many years I have had to endure a great many people trying to sell me BS drama over facts.

When a markets prices are supported by OUTSIDE factors, it's not an enduring action unless that market is doing something to evolve the market itself to infill market support for such. 

This can come in many forms, and in my opinion it's a compilation of factors, from grit, passion, experience, certifications, insight, endurance.

And I do understand that it’s a much smaller decision to rent something then to buy something, but appearance does matter, and if this is shown on a property advertisement, and it’s the first impression prospective renters get, and they’re comparing it with something else that is much more beautiful and peaceful looking at the same same rate, I have to endure that hit.  

Conversely, if you can achieve even a $1 cash flow, enduring a 10-year holding period becomes more bearable.To answer your question, I can't speak for Buda and Kyle, but our investors have been achieving cash flow and appreciation here in Fort Worth and in Killeen, which is a growing secondary market outside of Austin.

It’s not worth enduring all the stress and legal fees.

They know this rate environment is unsustainable in any enduring stance.

In my experience, there’s always a story and sometimes the details in the deal are much different than one would imagine.What I see: someone who endured 12 months of anticipation, anger, humility, learning, letdown, stress, joy, and most importantly a mother flipping desire to take control of every facet of every transaction I will partake in in the near future.I’m emotionally exhausted thinking about what transpired over the previous 12 months.
