Worst story was a guy who called christmas eve because he had a toilet clogged (keep in mind it was just him in a two bathroom house) and wanted to call a plumber immediatley that night!

Other things to look out for are that the eves troughs are in a good shape, downspouts are draining away from the walls, the grade around foundation are sloped away from walls, and there are no depressions formed adjacent to the foundation.
