I am a disabled veteran eligible for the full property tax exemption in Illinois, which allows me to pay no property tax on a property of up to $750k. 

"This is not who we are," a parent of a horrible child said to me recently after their kid deliberately smashed my child's robot toy and got caught out running up to a disabled child and making fun of him repeatedly. 

My disabled brother now pays for it out of his SSI disability because my parents made his chore to go to the central recycling facility (which is free), and he got sick of it.

There are companies that build house for disabled Vets.Good for you for starting out....stick with it......

He has a minor mental disability and receives disability checks, which he would use to pay his rent. 

The tenant has lived in the house for many, many years, has consistent income (military disability) and a family, so I hate to do this.

At 7:30 am my new tenants, a disabled vet, wife, daughter and 2 sons with special needs pulled up in their U-Haul. 

He is a fully disabled military veteran and his disability compensation exceeds our income requirements for this property.

I feel like I’m also not allowed to not deny them based off their disability, but like I said there is no wheel chair accessibility!
