I have been offering the lease option if they meet this criteria but they usually aren't interested in that either even after explaining the benefits (I guess my sample size is too small).

Does anyone have sample letters to attorneys they can share?

My list with this criteria was 859, so a good little sample, I may give it a shot!

I'd still suggest a LMO be involved.I suppose to you could have step by step instructions and sample notes in a booklet, that you might give someone to read through, that's as close to getting involved as you should get.

Is there a good sample assignment agreement floating out there that someone wouldn't mind sharing?

New sample was taken and found to be contaminated, when my Realtor inquired from listing agent about the contamination she apologize and stated that she didn't know but her partner knew about contamination and she have some quotes with clean up.
