there you go. the problem is appraisal. comparable sales, and your approach to building an ADU against the recommendation of your market. super beginner strategy it's popular in ohio as well but just not worth the investment. 

Most of my client's combine doing short term and mid term rental strategies with their Arizona properties. 

I learned from Dave, how to talk to potential investors, how to build rapport, how to answer questions and explain the company’s strategy and operations and the secondary mortgage industry.

Are there specific qualities or terms you look for that make the relationship a good fit for your investment strategy?

I would recommend what is your plan and strategies too on the rental.

I put together an investor package that has info on Cleveland markets and different strategies.

Based on the continuing research, wholesaling property wouldn't be the right strategy. 

I'm going to have to learn some more about how to better identify the markets that are appropriate for my investment strategy.
