I know there are many BP members that would love to see photos and investment costs and rents for Panama and other tropical destinations! 

Downstream from this  location (too far to tube, but a good kayaking day trip) is a huge new brewery that's a tourist destination in itself, and this brewery has plans to put river access and paddling facilities on their property at some point in the future.

You traveled a similar road in the past so reaching your destination would not be  difficult.

I live right down the road from Pensacola, in Destin FL and I also attend the PIG REIA, with JPaul and Corey.  

It's an incredible city, witch will always by one of the most attractive and unique destinations in the World.

And one of my possible goals in real estate is to invest in condos in well-known golf destinations, and to rent them as short-term vacation rentals.

Maybe much more seeing how the destination is to the Outer Banks of NC in the summer.

The good thing about Denver is that it's a destination city so people will always want to come here, either to live or on vacation.
