If I listed the deal in the paper (handyman special / investors delight), and an investor calls me...how much of the information should I give?

It's a very cool picture - I'm delighted that he gave it to me.   

I was delighted to meet and look forward to working with @Ross Denman at Real Property Management for PM. 

Generally speaking it was homebuyers, not investors, who paid too much (if comps are the true measure of value, there would be no such thing as too much), and ended up defaulting to the delight of investors. 

I had a delightful call with him.

I exercised my right to my own general contractor and they were not delighted about that.  

In my case I found an heir and bought cheap-cheap and the administrator was delighted to dump the file.

In short we don't need a warm water bidet.the one's on the turning the valve pipe infer that this is possible which is a delight to hear.

Haven't rented this house yet, but it has added a 'wow' factor which did not exist previously.Here is the current view from the front entrance:So far, delighted with the decision.
