How can I find someone to get them off a deed?
This house was purchased by a man and a woman in 1984. In 1992 they got divorced and he got the house in question (she got another house). But his ex-wife's name is still on this deed.
So far as I know; he cannot sell the house without the signatures of everyone named on the deed. Isn't that true?
He hasn't spoken to her since the divorce and has no idea where she is now.
I would like to buy the house. What can be done to make this deal fly for me?
Any ideas?
