If you have not been following the news, a number of car insurers have been saying they will give discounts because of Coronavirus. 15%!! 

Coronavirus is probably going to make investors want to hold on to their good tenants so there may be less people than usual looking to rent in this market. 

Before I jump in, I want to confirm that Tampa, Florida is a good place to invest, and I'm curious how landlords there are being impacted during this era of coronavirus.

The tenant was new to the country, his brother a long time US resident ultimately signed agreeing to pay in the event of rent default.Well, with coronavirus the tenant claims he's out of work and can't pay rent. 

Also, I know a couple of people that are still working and decided not to pay there monthly rent due to the coronavirus crisis.

Just an FYI that most places are not showing property with current tenants in place anyway due to the coronavirus.

I recommend that all landlords have the free Corona Virus Deferral Lease Agreement (https://www.american-apartment-owners-association.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Coronavirus-Rent-Deferral-Agreement.pdf) on hand and have tenants who need a deferral offer proof of filing for unemployment.
