You gotta be constantly adapting and utilizing todays tools and techniques which are generally out in paperback about 6-12months after there no longer viable. 

I have a duplex near a Mini Mart gas station and people are constantly throwing their trash on my property.

With the government storing so much information, hackers are constantly trying to break through firewalls. 

For us our largest challenge is finding a steady stream of high quality leads.
