I like to speak the truth and while it may be easier and less confrontational to call myself just the Property Manager if a problem arises, I feel it will be not the truth.I also want the tenant in most cases to know I am the decision maker whether it is for a problem/issue or not.

You have to use your body (natural weapons) your hands and your feet to defend yourself and any surrounding objects that can sway things in your favor.Many people buy a gun and never practice with it and can't even shoot straight and freeze up when a real confrontation happens.

Imagine that you could find and buy a cheap trailer park...You have to fix it up like new to pass the Section 8 requirements and keep everything running like new because a tenant can call their worker and you are immediately confronted with Government Bureacracy and heavy fines etc.
