I've only dealt with residential at this point but am looking into self storage and on my search for commercial I stumbled upon a car dealership property where the owner is moving out of state and motivated to sell the property.

I assume you know how to interact with your architects and engineers.

I told them this is for parking a car but they said that’s not allowed.

Many people drive 8,10,12 hours to get here, the majority do NOT want to get back in the car and drive another hour to get to all of the attractions of things they came to do.

Talking to local civil engineer worked when we did it in Montgomery county.

I bought my first property while I was a 21 year old senior at the Ohio State College of Engineering.

If anyone has any recommendations for an Architectural Designer or Structural Engineer who can help design and put the plans together that would be awesome.
