Does anyone use lead generation sites like Homesnap pro+, RedX, bold leads, etc. that they like and actually give you qualified leads? 

If anyone has found a competitor that actually does what Investor Carrot claims to do (and what Bold Leads does for agents), I'd love recommendations.

HELOCs have a couple of different flavors to them and running them through a lender might be helpful.

If for any reason the tenant does not attend the move out inspection, that is boldly noted on their signature line.

To refresh my memory, I looked up my city's form again and they have a section on the owner's affidavit for property managers, co-hosts, etc where the owner fills out (see bold text).  

I wouldn't see social media as harassment if someone did it to me, but it seems more bold when I do that and door knock to get in contact with them.Well wishes ...
