I think its a neat concept, but I personally will not throw more money than I could afford to lose into it in the meantime (just like if I were at the casino, although I am not too shabby at blackjack ;).

I doubt to there is any opportunity for any eye to eye session to determine more personal aspects of a borrower.

I state that the true benefit from attending large expos such as this is to meet other local investors, private lenders, etc.See what breakout sessions people are attending.

The morning section had me pumped, but it wasnt until the afternoon session that he kept referring to how to do various things with the "cd".

There is a special session in place this week, working overtime in the capitol on tax reform, and they have passed 'part one' of a two-step process that would cut taxes... the second part would be voted on in a referendum later this year, and that's the part that will make the substantial difference, by super-sizing the Homestead Exemption allowance.
