My name is Mark Lee and I am currently a commercial consultant with S&S Investments and Capital.

I spent seven years in the residential mortgage market as a loan officer and then a wholesale account exec for Countrywide. After one of the many layoff sessions, I have ended up working with one of my former clients. Commercial lending is definitely different than residential, but I am enjoying it.

This whole turn to commercial took an interesting twist however, for our company. We brought enough business to one group of investors that they are now having us represent them in their bulk REOs. Although I do have some still looking to purchase, the majority of what we are doing now is offering bulk REOs to buyers.

The hardest issue I am finding in this, is that I am finding near 90% of the people claiming to have buyers or sellers are bogus. I am hoping through this forum to get past the daisy chains and fakes to find the direct buyers and at times sellers that I need.
