Apartment complexes had huge banners on their buildings saying no credit checks, first month free, pets welcome. 

That is a positive.I see no signage indicating it's apartments, no tombstone sign, no building signs. no NOW RENTING banners, no flags at the curb indicating Now Renting, (no unit being used as a temp rental office where you can sit all business day--you have 100% vacancy--12 units!!!)

These leads would be very different than say "Zillow Leads" <--which I would never recommend--> because Zillow will give you all the "Looky Lou's" that click on their click-bait banners. 

I'm interested in creating a banner to put in the yard during construction to let people know about my company and what we do.

On the banner at the top just look under education, then books & resources.  

I'm expecting some bright colors and an obnoxious SELL YOUR HOUSE FAST banner.

In other words, a lot of agents haven't sold anything yet, or just enough to keep gas in the tank.2020 was a banner year for us.

Start with STCU, BECU, State Bank, Banner Bank, Global CU, etc.  

I've read the above message a few times and each time I comply with the information, the red banner returns.
