I'd love suggestions on what you think i should have at the residence for people's stays outside the obvious- bed, empty drawers, linens, towels, silverware, etc.. as well as any other tips or suggestions for having a successful AIRBNB property-how to price, how to attain good reviews early on and get near top of the list, etc.

Our risk tolerance is probably a little lower at the moment than when we didn't have kids, but still very interested in attaining financial freedom!
