Newbie from St. Louis, MO - Hello All!

Hi BP community. My name is LaMonica Evans, Im so excited to finally be jumping into the forums and interacting with others! I love real estate and all of its complexities. Im actually a licensed agent on the commercial side as of last year. (Still networking and building my clientele) I'm interested in stepping into the world of residential real estate investing and I plan on using wholesaling as an avenue to get me there. My long-term goal is to build an investment portfolio of 25+units Sfr, purchase a 50+ unit apartment complex and enter franchise & international investing, creating complete passive income streams for myself, allowing me to travel, volunteer and educate. Short-term in the next year I would plan to do 6+ wholesale deals, purchase my first investment property and fascilitate my first commercial sale. I know this is attainable with focus and relentless persistance! Looking forward to interacting, gaining knowledge advice and experience from you guys!
