This particular build is part of a historic site, only because of the reason it was built for the Braniff Airlines company.

Come to Dallas....plenty of tech here....and the homes probably more affordable than the other cities you mentioned.People forget about Dallas, but perhaps we are the birthplace of some tech.....companies like TI started the IC revolution here....and also Ross Perot and EDS from the old days is now Perot Systems....SABRE for Airlines and SABRE Decision Technologies for Operations Management Science.....and we have companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Solera, Uber, Amazon, AT&T, and plenty others. 

It's also a benefit to the tenant because they can keep their pet information online and share it with a new vet, pet sitter, airlines, etc.My favorite part is that they require renewal every year which would help cut down on tenants swapping or adding pets without our knowledge.

We have paid for airline tickets to additional motivational and "learning" seminars while having to pay for our own food and lodging.
