Acknowledge failures as failures and accept them and encourage continued effort when what the kid is trying to do really is something he can work to achieve. 

The red-light districts were a rational acknowledgement that there are certain behaviors that will never be eliminated in a democratic society, and rather than waste a lot of time and effort trying to eliminate them, corral them into one area that can at least be controlled.

I agree with Zorya for her in Canadian acknowledgement (Edmonton in General) It really depends on location and "plan of attack" I've done construction and development for about 15 years and I can say that "inflation" is on the rise.

I want to acknowledge that paying $900 out of pocket will impact each LL differently...for some it may take months to recover and for others it's not a big deal.
