I don't think it is that accurate sometimes, but combined with the review on the 2 OTA's, you should get a pretty good idea.You can also go to Awning.com's estimator - https://www.awning.com/airbnb-estimatorIt is free and pulls the same basic data AirDNA does.

And you won't find more accurate or complete data.  

It’s extremely accurate and I cross referenced my cabins and it was spot on.  

You can delete trips that were not made in the subject vehicle, so your percentages are accurate .  

If those numbers are accurate, it seems you have DSCR and FNF/FNH options at your disposal.
