Taking a look at the violent crime map over the past six months, the large majority of it is grouped on the western side of town.

The agent is a pre screen so I don't have to wade through those that don't work.I have several standard criteria,  things like gross income 3x rent, no open collections, no violent crimes etc.Good luck! 

While property crime is slightly above average, the violent crime is significantly below average. 

Also to save yourself some time, make sure that you have your tenant criteria outlined (no prior evictions, no violent felonies, etc).Thank Matt Morgan for the shoutout about the meetup!

I’ve had violent tenant issues in west end buildings and some of my center city stuff hasnt seen a crime during my ownership.

For example, a US city might be listed as having high violent crime.
