@Larry Moore Jan and Larry Jordan run a meetup group in Blue Springs - they have a meeting Thursday Night - I think that is covering tax sales in Jackson County - their last email to me said that the list will be available Friday and you have to get it from a legal publication like the Daily Record or the Pulse Legal - these can get you probably the lists in Jackson, Clay, Platte and Cass - and maybe St Louis - just note that St Louis County and Jackson County do not sell tax liens, but sell properties after 4 years of non-payment so their sales differ.Look for the Blue Springs Real Estate Investment Group on Meetup to get more info about this event to learn how Jackson County tax sales work.

I have 4 SFR that are just standard rentals.My other 5 soon to be 6, closing on Friday are crash pads for airline crews.

@Frank ChinHi Frank, thats a pretty crazy story, yes I see what your saying about why not giving out the upset price, but I see your from Queens too, so you know they do the foreclosure auction every Friday at the court house - all the foreclosure properties are auctioned there every week. 

We could meet up on Friday AM for Breakfast or even Thursday night ahead of it. 

I listed it last week (late Friday night) on one site, but just barely listed this morning on Craigslist and a couple other sites yesterday.

One strategy is to put signs up late on a Friday after 5 pm so they are less likely to be taken down during the weekend.

Im a wholesaler and A realtor reached out to me with a potential deal and has agreed to show it to me Friday before it is listed.

Except I work from my home office, tomorrow is Friday and I have two days of work to do (since I'm taking Monday/Tuesday off for closing).
