QBO's reports are also super duper customizable.And, the 3rd major benefit of QBO is its ability to integrate with other platforms more seamlessly than REI-specific software.I promise I don't work for Intuit haha.

Has anyone else had this problem, I've removed the baseboards and tapped it back together once already but it continues to separate, not really sure what to do, it looks great and holds up super well, except for the gaps! 

I'm relatively new to commercial real estate and sometimes it's a lot to take in, but I'm super excited to be here and network, learn tips and tricks on real estate and investing, and build relationships with you all.

Until recently, I’ve been doing so on a series of notes and spreadsheets and it’s been a super manual process with a lot of room for error.

Specifics such as build-out costs and how they were allocated, lease term (5/10 years), NNN vs Gross, etc would be super helpful. 

But I stayed out of the super expensive areas too. 

That's the super high-level plan to get started with your first build.
