There are only 3 reviews on their website which are all extremely generic and I think aren't real.  

Hopefully this post gets tons of hits and traction would love to see a bunch more back and forth in here.

Just shop around online, look for properties similar to yours, add them to favorites and watch them to see how long it takes for them to rent.

This should put them at ease.
