I was scrolling through some commercial properties and saw some NNN and NN leases.

I read through this post (and several others) and am trying to grapple with the idea of UDFI:https://www.biggerpockets.com/...Scrolling down a bit, Chris Wooten states the following in the comment section: I’m not a CPA.

Then I scroll down and see that most haven't been active on BP in over a year.Can't help but wonder if they got caught in the analysis-paralysis stage and never started?

How long does it take to scroll back through 15,700+ posts?

I posted my vacancy in RadPad. 1)  when I do a search as a tenant by zip code, RadPad brings up listing that are even close to my zip code and I don't see mine.2)  prospects have said the listing shows the location incorrectly on the map3)  when doing a search, why can't I scroll and view all results?

To get to Virgina/Richmond forums you can go to Forums then Forum Categories then scroll down to Real Estate Local and there you can see the States and their cities with sub-forums, I hope that I was of some help :-)

It was the only screening I have done with my cell phone and didn't realize I could scroll down as they had a bunch of court appearances but none to crazy serious.

Once you see the map, you can scroll around until you find the parcel you're interested in.  

That scroll work over the kitchen sink is probably on a single board that can easily be removed and totally take that 70s-80s element out of the kitchen cabinets. 

@Joseph Weisenbloom  some bp effect on markets I think there is some.. for instance I never thought much of Cleveland as a buy and hold market.. but James wise is a frequent welcome wagon poster on BP and I use's BP to its fullest extent so I think there are folks that maybe would never have considered Cleveland and that are now invested there.I don't think 300k people are active at anyone time on bp or a even a fraction of them. when I happen to open a post that may be 3 to 5 years old I scroll through and virtually none of the folks posting are familiar or I have seen posting since those days.. so I think you get a lot of folks that come and go.
