Hello, Looking to install a small wet bar on the top level of one of my rentals in Philadelphia.

Same home is going for 250-300k with finished basements and no work.So much needs updating, its a hoarder home stuck in the 1970s with pink everything.

We had someone resurface our bathroom shower and jetted tub so that it was white instead of pink!
