Hello!

Completing our SOW and want to ensure that we have everything we need to pull permits. I am told that the contractors working with me can pull them, but I plan to do so this time around.

Can someone tell me details on what I need and where I go to get this done; and the process? We are flipping a SFM in Marion County, Indianapolis, IN.

Thank you!

Usually, as a non owner occupant, you can’t pull any permits yourself.  Certain trades, electrical, plumbing hvac and roofing subs have be licensed and pull their own permits.  You may or may not need an overall building permit, pulled by a licensed gc.
