Don't let a sense of loyalty cost you more money. 

Honesty, looking out for the Client's best interest rather than their own, confidentiality, loyalty, obedience (within the law), exercising reasonable care and diligence, acting in good faith, no conflict of interest, proper accounting, etc.

I'd love to know the justification for this rule; I know someone however many years ago arbitrarily split the world into 5+ and under 5 units, but it seems like slavish loyalty to this principle isn't helping anyone make the most informed financial decisions?  

I used to think if I went with one company I would get a better rate and coverage on all my investments because of brand loyalty.

Try to build loyalty in your good tenants - worth the investment!

Oh my.... that's certainly a whole lot of creative interpretations of the tax law.....I appreciate your loyalty to her but ask yourself - when push comes to shove, is she going to cover your penalties and interest for if/when you need to correct these issues?? 

I have my heating systems professionally inspected/maintained each Fall, and my heating plumbing company has a loyalty program that makes its members a priority for emergency response in events such as loss of heat or hot water. 

Let them know you'll use them over and over- develop loyalty.

They have the ability to access multiple companies and our loyalty falls with the client, not the company.

This can help motivate them to work efficiently and to a high standard.In addition, you could offer loyalty bonuses or long-term incentives, such as a bonus after working on a certain number of projects with you.
