Once the LLC is established do I set up my FB and Instagram accounts under the LLC or in my name.

Me my business is social medial, for example I've got about 50,000 Instagram followers so there's all sorts of random folks there. 

In following @203kway on instagram I also heard the tip to offering on short sales and foreclosures with 203k loans will increase your chance of acceptance because they preference offers from live in buyers.

I followed a guy in Instagram though @the203kway who has a ton of good information on it.

Not long ago I posted an ad on Instagram for Air BnB friendly loan products and had to turn off comments because some people seemed to be convinced that I've single handedly gentrified the the bay area. 

This is true for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and certainly BP.
