Maybe 2 pallets are very high end and other are middle of the road to low end.  

About half my rentals are C-class and rented to people below middle-class.

To fall in the middle, I will probably use a blend of the PV and FV values so that my CapEx percentage set aside is closer to 15%.

Money tied up in the equity of a property is a double edged sword especially when you are in the beginning or middle of your investing career.

the only thing with your statement out here on the west coast you need a cashiers check for the minimum bid before your allowed to bid... so if you have hundreds of thousands in the bank you certainly can do this.. if your trying to do the no money out of pocket make middle man fee's simply won't work on the west coast..

If you can move the window location from the corner into the middle of that front area, facade that would help.
