Apologies for that wake-up call, but most folks considering STR fail to grasp that they are crossing over into another business - hospitality.

Getting over that hill and the mental block of analysis paralysis is the hurdle one must clear in order to fully grasp a siuation.

I have done research on multi-family units and I truly feel that once i get a better grasp on the terminologies and legal aspects & where i should set my targets i will come to love and understand the business. i am very interested as is but i am still a little bit lost with all the information on the internet it really can be overwhelming 

I see opportunities out here but need to sit and analyze as many deals to really get a grasp on the market.

One of tenants takes, in my opinion, normal care of the bathroom and the other prefers it to be absolutely spotless and doesn't seem to grasp what he was getting into by sharing a bathroom. 

This used to be a site where when you had a bonafide deal you could network with people not grasp at straws.

You need grasp the motivation, take action, and negotiate.

You aren't going to find a ton of agents grasping to take your business with no verified deals and a 100k budget.

I understand I am probably grasping at straws and will just have to wait a couple of years, just wish I could get in on these low interest rates!

I just read it once, but i'm going to read a 2 or 3 more times so i can grasp and understand it more!
