Is the place on Google Maps or is it too out of the way?

. :)  I think folks that followed that advice have lost significant amounts of capital.. of course not all .. but if your one of the beginners who drank that cool aid and got fubared can set you back years.

We also use the spectrum supplied modem, but we supplement it with the google nest mesh wifi system.

It really helps to have someone local walk the property and neighborhood, but if that's not feasible for you yet I would at least "walk" the neighborhood virtually through Google Maps.Lastly, I would join a Facebook group of investors and landlords in that specific neighborhood.

Tho it seems Google Ads has changed their algo significantly in recent years, it's tough to keep up. 

You can usually find some events by doing a simple google search.

I don't have one there, but I have found my photographers in three ways: finding properties in the area on Instagram and seeing if they have a photographer tagged, searching hashtags for nearby major cities on Instagram, and then good ole Google.

When Google brings up the search results, usually the first result will be from Zillow or Trulia.

Look into (and Google for) building science websites that will give you the whole scoop. 

BUT, can Google or books answer you within hours of your time sensitive question?
