I am former military I use to live in Germany for about 5 years total every time I had to rent from a local national they ran into the same problem you are.

The buyers FaceTimed from Germany with their relator and submitted their offer without physically visiting the property.

I am Military and have orders to Ramstein Germany, I was wondering if buying homes in the states is complicated while living over seas or if it's even possible.

Hello Everyone, (active reader but not an active poster)Finally got my orders to Virginia (currently in Germany) and actively looking at property for MFH +3/4 units around Hampton, Virginia beach, Chesapeake, etc. to spruce up and rent out.Currently have a real estate agent and getting listings but I am having trouble properly crunching the numbers.
