I tell little girls just how adorable they are; I hold the door for my elders, & always let them go ahead of me (even when they take their time); & I stop to let cars out in traffic, allow people the right of way in crosswalks, & politely wave when everyone else beeps at me in appreciation ;0)To say the least some of my ways are a bone of contention for most of my Mass friends that explain to me (over, & over, & over) that my "friendliness" gives off the wrong impression ;0).

AZ used to also be great for it, Phoenix specifically, but while the market fundamentals are great there, the cash flow has gone to fairly negative now since the big wave of investors bought everything up a few years ago.
