Lots of people also seem to be turning to MTR vs STR.....I'd look at places near medical centers....Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson...and whatever other giant medical facilities are around that cater to people that aren't always local. 

I'm not too sure here, but I'm from Cleveland, OH, not too far, and Cleveland is a great out-of-state market to get started in if you're interested. 44111, 44102, 44019, and 44135 are B to C class areas.

Hey Juan if you're open to out-of-state investing I would look into Cleveland.

Take a closer look at areas with strong rental demand like Cleveland OH.
