TurnKey, Buy-and-holds, flips, or maybe long-term rentals?

Subsequently I ended up buying property in 8 states, and a couple weeks ago bought 5 properties in 5 days in 3 states.

Biggerpockets probably not the place to find someone to buy a note against a business as most of us are only real estate.
