@Daniel Dulebohn we've purchased 3 deals this year from wholesalers who use Investor Lift.

So, offering them to just anyone and everyone will slow down our operation so unfortunately just freely offering our resources isn't feasible.Not comparing us to Apple haha but if someone wanted to build an iPhone themselves, I doubt Apple would give them contact details to their supplier in China or bank contacts in Ireland to avoid US taxes lol

Corelogic also,,,  so these data sources that are sub $99/mo are cheap in reality.An adage that is lifted from contractors;   you are better off with marginal materials and a top notch crew then best materials and marginal crew... 

The other side gives me pretty nice NOI lift on the overall park. 

I would just like to add that comparing to S&P 500 index fund is comparing apples and oranges. 

It's comparing apples to oranges, you literally went from a 5-day work week to complete remote work and housing as the #1 sought after target for any individual in America.
