I currently work as a relationship banker at Bank of America, so I have some knowledge on financing and proper structuring of a business when I get to that point.

Maybe in middle America weaker buyer markets your seeing softening but I am not seeing it personally.And like I said or asked what is going to cause some drastic melt down.. from my cheap seats the only thing i would see is if buyers just said forget it I am not buying anything.. and that could happen..but not likely  people need a home people move jobs change etc.

I know that some still look at obtaining a mortgage here in 2018 as a minor, inconsequential and trivial task after a deal is negotiated on the real estate side, but for the rest of America, who need to obtain a mortgage, they know or will know, it's not a cake walk.   

I could see malls of America transformed into greenhouses, used as urban oasis for congregation.

It just kept my head down and continued working in corporate America coming into work tired everyday fearful of losing my job in order to take care of her.

I have held jobs such as working for one of the largest grocery chains in America (as a cashier lol) to picking up decedents as a independent contractor for funeral homes.

Many Canadians use banks in Canada that have a presence in America.

America was and is built on small business.. rentals are for when your small business is making excess money and then you invest.. not have limited money and think real estate is going to carry the day.. 

We just give them our bank acct number and they fill out deposit slip at the closest Bank of America.

I am looking to buy a tenant occupied B or C scale property in blue collar America that is already running positive cash flow.
